2. I believe this has been discussed somewhere else, though I'm not sure where. Try searching our Templates and Design Integration forums, and you may find it. Otherwise, it involves template editing, so post the question in the Templates forum and I'll figure it out.

3. Message icons can be added simply by uploading the files with the proper names into the proper directory. In your NonCGI folder, there is a subdirectory called icons, and in it are several image files named icon##.gif. Just upload more icons by continuing the number scheme - if the last one in there now is icon14.gif, you should upload icon15.gif, then icon16.gif, and so on. They will automatically be added to the list, no further script/cpanel editing is necessary.
